--WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Every item is custom made, just for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception would be if there is an error with your order that is our fault. Please contact us if this is the case and we will certainly correct it for you.
--HOW LONG IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME? ***CAN I GET IT SOONER?***
The current processing time is listed in the banner at the top of every page. You can also upgrade to faster shipping during checkout as well. Please contact me if you need to rush an order and I can almost accommodate it for you.
--WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Take a look at the current processing time and you can calculate the expected ship date based on the date you ordered. Don't forget to allow shipping transit time after the estimated ship date.
--DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
I am only able to do custom designed patches if you need at least 25 of them (because that’s the minimum I must order). But I can always add any existing patch(es) to any bag. Use the custom order listing to purchase this. Sadly, custom bag prints can only be created if you need at least 100 of them.
CLAIMS
We have had a few false chargeback claims made lately. These were made maliciously as a way to scam us and used the system to take advantage. We can provide order proof and get it resolved usually, but on the off chance you receive a refund from a claim that was made falsely or if you lie/ misrepresent information as an attempt to get an undeserved refund, then that amount will be deducted from any future purchases you make on our website. The balance will need to be paid before any new orders will be processed. Scams like this will not be tolerated. Of course, if you ever have an issue with an order, please reach out to me and I will always work with you to figure out a solution to fix it.
