--WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Every item is custom made, just for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception would be if there is an error with your order that is our fault. Please contact us if this is the case and we will certainly correct it for you.
--HOW LONG IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME? ***CAN I GET IT SOONER?***
The current processing time is listed in the banner at the top of every page. There is also a drop down menu on each product page where you select the regular processing time or the rush option. Select the rush option if you need it sooner. You can also upgrade to faster shipping during checkout as well.
--WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Take a look at the current processing time and factor that in from the date you ordered.
--DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom orders take a great deal of time so I have had to stop taking them for the time being. But I do plan to bring back custom spots every once in a while so be sure to follow along on Instagram because I will announce there.
